We will collect your responses to the questionnaire and your email address.

Purpose:
Your responses will be analysed to generate insights for our research. Your email will be used only to send you a personalised results report and optional follow-up questions about this survey. We will not add you to any third party marketing list without separate permission.

Legal basis:
We rely on your explicit consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (or equivalent local law) to process this information.

Storage & security:
Data is stored on encrypted servers located in the EU/UK and accessible only to authorised research staff.

Retention:
We keep questionnaire data for up to 12 months after survey close, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights:
You may at any time request access to your data and/or to withdraw your consent.
